- Return and Refund Policy -

I. Return and Exchange Policy:

    • The 7-day appreciation period begins the day after you receive the product. You must submit a return request through the official LINE account to customer service within seven days .
    • Appreciation period, not trial period : Internet cards are disposable products and cannot be offered for trial use. If the disposable outer packaging has been opened, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
    • eSIM QR codes are one-time purchases ; once downloaded or provided immediately, the service is considered complete and cannot be returned. Therefore, according to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, which states that "digital content not provided in tangible media or online services that are completed upon provision must be provided with the consumer's prior consent," the business operator's notification to the consumer will exclude the application of the right to terminate the contract under Article 19, Paragraph 1. You can place another order if you accept this arrangement; placing an order signifies your consent.

    II. How to return returned goods:

    • If the order amount does not meet the threshold for free shipping or discounts after applying for a full or partial return, the consumer shall bear the discount difference and shipping costs, and the relevant fees shall be deducted from the refund amount.
    • When returning an item, please ensure that the product, packaging, invoice, accessories, gifts, etc., are in brand new condition . If any items are lost, missing, or damaged, it may affect your rights. Thank you for your understanding.
    • After submitting your request, please return the goods within 7 days . Refunds will not be accepted after this period (postmark date will be used as the mailing date). Once we receive your goods, we will process your request as soon as possible and complete the refund process within 10 business days. Please confirm receipt of your goods promptly.
    • The refund will be transferred to E.SUN Bank without any transaction fees. If the refund is transferred to another bank account, an additional $17 transaction fee will apply. Please note the applicable fee policy. Thank you for your cooperation.

    III. Special Commodities:

    The following items are non-refundable after ordering. Please confirm before placing your order.

    • Products already marked as near expiration in the store
    • Cards requiring appointment for activation
    • Through our stored value/customized solutions

    IV. Other matters:

    • If you are unable to use the service abroad, please connect to airport/hotel/public Wi-Fi and contact us . A refund will only be processed after our customer service verifies that the issue is with the card (defect). Since the internet service for this SIM card is provided overseas, it cannot be tested in Taiwan. If it does not work while you are abroad, we regret that we cannot process your request upon your return to Taiwan.
    • If the phone displays "No SIM card" after inserting the SIM card, please take some time to record the phone screen showing "No SIM card" after inserting the SIM card, so that we can apply for a refund from the supplier.
    • Once we confirm that a refund is possible, you will need to cooperate with our customer service staff and provide the relevant information before the refund process can proceed. Failure to cooperate will affect your return rights. We apologize for any inconvenience.
    • If you are a customer who: needs to access the internet immediately upon inserting a SIM card while traveling abroad; is unwilling to accept that your phone may require setup; does not have extra time to find Wi-Fi and contact us while abroad; or cannot accept the one in a thousand chance that your SIM card may be defective, we recommend that you apply for Taiwan roaming service directly or purchase a local SIM card abroad and let the local customer service assist you.
    • We understand that travel often presents unforeseen circumstances. Please carefully read the product information and consumer guidelines/rules before purchasing to protect your rights and obligations. If, after verification by customer service, the card is found to be defective and unusable, we are willing to process a full refund unconditionally. The refund amount for card malfunction is capped at the purchase price of the product. Reasons such as impact on travel itinerary/work/emotional distress are not grounds for additional compensation. If you have any concerns, please consider carefully before purchasing.
