Shopping Tips -
1. Purchase in advance:
- Our company ships orders in the order they are placed. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped out 3-10 days later .
- If the terms of the transaction are incorrect, our company reserves the right to refuse to accept the order.
- To give you more time to prepare before your trip, we recommend placing your order 14 days in advance.
II. Reception Area & Telecommunication Services:
- The SIM cards/eSIMs sold by EasyGo all use the local telecommunications signals of each country.
- Depending on the type of mobile phone and the network services supported in the specific area, the signal displayed on the phone may be 3G/4G (LTE)/5G. Furthermore, network speed can be affected by factors such as location, terrain, building obstructions, number of users, and terminal devices.
- If the local area or mobile phone does not support 5G, it will automatically receive 4G (LTE)/3G signals.
- In the event of line adjustments or maintenance by the telecommunications company, we regret that we cannot provide prior notice or compensation.
(The card issuing company reserves the right to change the product details at any time without prior notice; they retain the final right of interpretation.) - Do not insert the SIM card outside of coverage areas to avoid SIM card being locked due to abnormal operation.
III. SIM Card Specifications & Compatible Mobile Phones:
- Our SIM card boards are all 3-in-1 boards, supporting Nano , Micro , and standard cards, and can be used with all SIM card slot sizes.
- Before purchasing eSIM products/physical SIM cards, please confirm with your phone's manufacturer/seller whether your phone's specifications are compatible due to the variety of available models and sales channels. We cannot assist if your phone's specifications are incompatible. Please carefully read the product description before purchasing.
- Please note that the following phone models are not compatible with our products:
Phone sharing devices, counterfeit phones, tablets, Asia-Pacific phones, customized phones (fake phones), SIM card locked phones, Sharp phones, Google Pixel 8 and 8 Pro (and above) models , Sony Xperia series phones, and smartphones released before 2019 .
- The above recommended mobile devices are unrelated to eSIM; eSIM compatibility depends on whether the mobile device itself supports this function. Please confirm your mobile device specifications before placing an order to protect your rights.
IV. When the internet card cannot be used:
- Please provide the following visual evidence to prove that the card is unusable:
(1) Screen with [Mobile Data] + [Data Roaming] enabled.
(2) APN settings screen
(3) iPhone: Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > Take a screenshot
(4) Open the map and take a screenshot of the current location.
(5) Currently connected telecommunications operators' screens
(6) Screen showing that any webpage cannot access the internet.
V. Other matters:
- When inserting/removing the card, please gently pull it out to avoid damaging the chip and causing it to become unresponsive.
- To help customer service better understand your issues, please take a photo of the card number (for physical cards, please keep the complete email address) after receiving the product and save it for future reference.
- If you are unable to access the internet or encounter other problems while in the local area, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with the inquiry and setup. We regret that we cannot process your request if you only report the issue after your trip has ended or after you have returned home .
VI. Important Notes for Purchasing eSIM Products:
- Please note that once the download or immediate service for this type of product is completed, the transaction is fulfilled and cannot be returned. You may place another order if you agree to this terms .
- The eSIM mobile plan will be sent immediately after payment is completed and must be used within 90 days , after which it will expire.
- The eSIM mobile plan has a 7-day cooling-off period. Once the QR code has been received, returns and exchanges are not permitted, including for refunds or exchanges requested due to personal reasons. (Except for defects or unusable issues).
- Please follow the instructions for installation. Do not exit the installation process during the process, as this may cause your phone to mistakenly delete your eSIM plan. Each QR code is for one device only. Once deleted, it cannot be used again , and no refund will be given.
- Please ensure your phone supports eSIM before purchasing (dial *#06# on your phone, EID must be displayed). Once sent, refunds are not available.
