⚠️The adjustment timeis calculated based on Taiwan time . The first day is from 23:59 on the day the card is inserted, and the card expires at 23:59 on the last consecutive night.
⚠️Do not insert the SIM card in countries without coverageto avoid SIM card being locked.
⚠️All gateways support 4G (LTE) signals. If the region or mobile phone does not support 4G (LTE), it will automatically switch to 3G or 2G (E) signals, with the local signal being the primary one.
⚠️All packages are roaming services provided by Hong Kong telecom operators and cannot use TikTok, ChatGPT, or NAVER Maps.
⚠️Some phones cannot use the hotspot function after changing the SIM card. This is not a bandwidth issue. It is recommended that each person use one bandwidth.
⚠️When using a dual-SIM phone, do not insert SIM1 into the SIM slot; keep the second SIM slot empty to avoid affecting phone settings and signal interference.
⚠️The supplier may change the telecom operator that is used in the country at any time. The store is limited in providing the latest information, but the actual telecom operator that is used depends on the type of telecom operator that the phone is ultimately connected to.
⚠️The seven-day inspection period is not a trial period. Once the card is destroyed or the activation is submitted, the product is considered to have been used. No fees will be charged unless there is a defect that prevents the product from being activated.

⚠️Australia has issued a new policy: Due to the shutdown of 3G base stations in Australia, cardholders using Australian data cards are required to check if their mobile phone model is on the AMTA website's whitelist. If the phone is not on the list, there may be no service and no internet access.
Most Apple and Samsung models support this feature , but some mainland Chinese brands may not be compatible. ( For Android phones, please provide your phone's IMEI code: dial *#06# and take a screenshot to show customer service to check compatibility .)
