💡This package requires you to reserve your activation date 2 days in advance. After picking up your order, please take a photo of the card number and send it to us to register your reservation. (If you do not take this action after inserting the card and activating the product, resulting in the inability to use the service, no refund will be given.)
◽Activation is expected to be automatic around 12 PM Pacific Time in Los Angeles on the day of activation and will expire on the last consecutive evening.◽After completing the reservation, the system will automatically activate and calculate the number of days on your specified date.※A mobile number will only be assigned after activation is complete.

⚠️For plans that include a free mobile number, the telecom operator may reissue the number to new users after the stipulated retention period expires, so there is no guarantee that the number can be successfully registered for the app.

⚠️The card is expected to be automatically activated around 12:00 PM Pacific Time in Los Angeles on the day of activation. The card will be valid from the first day until 11:59 PM on the last consecutive day.

⚠️Do not insert the SIM card in countries without coverage to avoid SIM card being locked due to abnormality.

⚠️All network cards support 5G signals. If the region or mobile phone does not support 5G, it will automatically switch to 4G (LTE) signals , and the local signal will prevail.

⚠️The SIM card number required to activate the plan is owned by our company. Any subsequent top-ups must be made through us . If you wish to top up yourself, please apply for a new SIM card locally. If you top up through our website without our assistance, and the number is subsequently reclaimed, resulting in unusable service or continued charges, this is not our responsibility, and we cannot provide assistance in resolving such issues.

⚠️When using a dual-SIM phone, please insert the network card into SIM1 slot and keep SIM2 slot empty to avoid affecting phone settings and signal interference.

⚠️The supplier may change the telecom operator that the data card is used with in the country at any time. The store will try to provide the most up-to-date information, but the actual telecom operator is subject to the final connection of the mobile phone .

⚠️The seven-day appreciation period is not a trial period . Once the network card is inserted or the activation is submitted, the product is considered to have been used. No refund will be given unless the card is defective and cannot be activated.

• T-Mobile has weak or no signal in the US along Highway 1 and Highway 15, Yosemite National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Alaska , North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota. • This product is not applicable in Saipan, Guam , Rota, Tinian, and other areas.

Before purchasing a US physical SIM card plan, you must first confirm whether your phone is compatible with US telecom frequency bands.
iPhone models 8 and later purchased in Taiwan are compatible.
Android phones: Please provide your phone's IMEI code for customer service to check ( take a screenshot after dialing *#06# on your phone ).

※Our SIM cards are all 3-in-1 format, supporting Nano , Micro , and standard cards, and can be used with all SIM card slot sizes.

This plan requires prior activation. After receiving the product, please take a photo of the card number and send it to us, along with the activation date you wish to use.
Please note that the date cannot be changed after submission. The system will automatically activate the card on the date you specify. Please complete the reservation at least 2 days before your trip abroad , otherwise the system will not be able to submit the activation.

After making the reservation, you can usually take out your Taiwan SIM card upon arrival, insert the data SIM card, and turn on mobile data in your phone settings to access the internet.
