⚠️For users in China, we recommend using our network throughout the trip and avoiding connecting to local Wi-Fi to prevent the VPN function from malfunctioning due to IP detection being located in China.
⚠️Card time is calculated in Taiwan time . The first day is from the day the card is inserted until 23:59 , and the card expires at 23:59 on the last consecutive night.
⚠️Do not insert the SIM card in countries without coverage to avoid SIM card being locked due to abnormality.
⚠️All network cards support 4G (LTE) signals. If the region or mobile phone does not support 4G (LTE), it will automatically switch to 3G or 2G (E) signals , and will use the local signal as the primary signal.
⚠️All packages are roaming services provided by Hong Kong telecom operators and do not support TikTok and ChatGPT.
⚠️Some phones cannot use the hotspot function after changing the SIM card. This is not a problem with the SIM card after-sales service. It is recommended that each person use one SIM card .
⚠️When using a dual-SIM phone, please insert the network card into SIM1 slot and keep SIM2 slot empty to avoid affecting phone settings and signal interference.
