⚠️The original card is calculated in Vietnam time , while other cards are calculated in Taiwan time . The first day is from the day the card is inserted until 23:59 , and the card expires at 23:59 on the last consecutive night.
⚠️Do not insert the SIM card in countries without coverage to avoid SIM card being locked due to abnormality.
⚠️All network cards support 4G (LTE) signals. If the region or mobile phone does not support 4G (LTE), it will automatically switch to 3G or 2G (E) signals , and will use the local signal as the primary signal.
⚠️Roaming packages are provided by Hong Kong telecommunications companies and do not support TikTok and ChatGPT.
⚠️Some phones cannot use the hotspot function after changing the SIM card. This is not a problem with the SIM card after-sales service. It is recommended that each person use one SIM card .
⚠️When using a dual-SIM phone, please insert the network card into SIM1 slot and keep SIM2 slot empty to avoid affecting phone settings and signal interference.
⚠️The supplier may change the telecom operator that the data card is used with in the country at any time. The store will try to provide the most up-to-date information, but the actual telecom operator is subject to the final connection of the mobile phone.
⚠️The seven-day appreciation period is not a trial period . Once the network card is inserted or the activation is submitted, the product is considered to have been used. No refund will be given unless the card is defective and cannot be activated.
