⚠️ eSIM mobile plans are calculated based on Taiwan time . The first day is counted from 23:59 on the day of scanning , and the plan expires at 23:59 on the last consecutive night.

⚠️Please make sure your phone model is compatible with eSIM before purchasing. If you fail to confirm and the phone cannot be used, you will not be refunded.

⚠️All packages are roaming services provided by Hong Kong telecom operators and cannot use TikTok, ChatGPT, or NAVER Maps .

⚠️ Your eSIM mobile plan will be shipped immediately after order and payment are completed . It must be used within 90 days of shipment. (No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the expiration date.)

⚠️The eSIM QR code can only be scanned once. Once scanned, it is bound to your phone and cannot be used on a different device or reissued.

⚠️For eSIM mobile plans, please scan the QR code in Taiwan on the day of departure or connect to the airport WIFI in the country of use and then scan the QR code. eSIM mobile plans require a network connection to operate .

⚠️ All eSIM mobile plans support 4G (LTE) signals. If the region or mobile phone does not support 4G (LTE), it will automatically switch to 3G or 2G signals , and the local signal will prevail.

⚠️Some phones cannot use the hotspot function after installing eSIM. This is not an eSIM after-sales issue. It is recommended that each person use one eSIM .

⚠️ Once the eSIM mobile plan is sent, it will not be eligible for returns or exchanges, including refunds or exchanges requested due to personal reasons. (Except for defects or unusable issues.)

For the eSIM mobile plan, please scan the QR code in Taiwan on the day of departure or connect to the airport's Wi-Fi in the country of use and then scan the QR code. The eSIM mobile plan requires an internet connection to operate .
