Precautions

⚠️The eSIM action plan is calculated according to Maldives time . The first day is counted as 23:59 on the day of scanning , and it expires at 23:59 on the last consecutive night.

⚠️Please make sure your phone model is compatible with eSIM before purchasing. If you fail to confirm and the phone cannot be used, you will not be refunded.

⚠️ Your eSIM mobile plan will be shipped immediately after order and payment are completed . It must be used within 30 days of shipment. (No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the expiration date.)

⚠️The eSIM QR code can only be scanned once. Once scanned, it is bound to your phone and cannot be used on a different device or reissued.

⚠️For eSIM mobile plans, please scan the QR code in Taiwan on the day of departure or connect to the airport WIFI in the country of use and then scan the QR code. eSIM mobile plans require a network connection to operate .

⚠️ All eSIM mobile plans support 4G (LTE) signals. If the region or mobile phone does not support 4G (LTE), it will automatically switch to 3G or 2G signals , and the local signal will prevail.
